Resplendent Wood, 2 Standing there in his manse amongst them only in non corporeal form, he couldn't help but feel distanced enough from the snippy little jabs the two girls made at each other to look at the two of them and chuckle delightedly.
"Well, yes... we have established that Quar was under the orders of the Emperor Ress to run to each city and kick sand into the air. This was done, we believe, to mark something, as in to uncover something that was hidden, which seems to correlate with what you said Ress said, 'Got em'."
Dal shifted his stance, and with his hand gestured a spear like motion with his open hand.
"Along the way he picked up a passenger, the wheat you mentioned, we believe it was more than an incognizant, lifeless clump of grain. As Lirimana has pointed out, there are traces of a woman having been here where Quar gained his passenger."
Nodding to himself, feeling that he had summarized a few good key points absolving Quar of any further repetitious questioning. Things were coming together piece by piece.
"The grand picture is forming, as we uncover each brush stroke, but it is more as something at the very edge of seeing, still vialed in intent and there is still a story to be told with everything we have found so far. luck be with us we wont need to forcibly remove Ress from prison."
He shifted impatiently as he thought about the problems yet unresolved in Bezair, it would be good to get started helping the shopkeepers as soon as possible and follow that with an investigation into the matter at the marina.
"How is Ress holding up by the way Empress, I trust he is at least safe and unharmed as I... suggested to our friend Zealous Mongoose?"

*Arachnia smirked and raised an eyebrow at Lirimana, her eyes narrowing and her voice took a harder disapproving tone*
How mature of you, Solar. Take up your foul nature another time, now is inappropriate.
*at Dal'Lumen's question she turned and her eyes flashed sadness for a split second. If only he would have recognized her so that she could touch his face...*
Ress is as well as can be for the time. They placed him safely in a cell without being too rough. Of course, I would have much preferred to take their throats and free him, but he instructed me not to... There is something you should know, however. While I was visiting Ress in the guise of my namesake he was entertaining a visitor. They spoke in a strange chiming that I couldn't decipher and they were invisible to me, or at least where I was at. Ress seemed to understand the foreign being perfectly, though, and it seemed to be mocking him. I gave intense thought to what it could be, but all I could find out was that it was an Exalt type that was in another of my lives. After that, I had nothing, I couldn't tell you much more on it, other than it being able to disappear silently and speak a language not usual to Creation...

Dal nodded along curiously, accepting the information Arachnia provided, however he had no idea where to even start guessing as to what the mystery being could be.
"I see... well perhaps we should keep a close eye on Ress' prison just in case we do see, or rather hear more of this phantom, perhaps that is what Quars Sand was intended to reveal, albeit only speculation at this point."
knowing there was little else for him to do in his holographic state, the matter of the unknown at the marina, and the two merchants waiting for him to return and rid them of their troubles.
"It seems my usefulness here has run its course, there seems to be some sort of problem at the marina here in Beziar, Sentinel made it seem quite urgent... something about something having been activated. There is another lead here in Beziar, a merchant woman that saw something, I believe it could answer a lot of questions."
Dal nodded at the Dragon, and two women
"If there is nothing else, Ill leave the rest of this in your capable hands!"

*Lirimana scowled at Arachnia. She'd been wrong, she wasn't a spider but a snake instead! So much like their patron Goddess, Lunars seemed to be almost as unpredictable.. She listened to what Dal'Lumen had to say, trying to fill in gaps. Looking at the others, the Twilight sighed*
Well, the main voice on wheat around here would be the Field God, right? Mayli, was it? That's where Towering Oak is supposed to be, or at least been

I've heard no report back from him, and judging by your lack of information on Mayli, I would gather that no one else has, either. I see no worries on the horizon, Dal'Lumen. Besides, even if it were necessary to break Ress out, it would be considerably easy. Lirimana, you should go with Quar Zagot to the hidden manse above and I will return to my manse and have Zeriku connect me with Mayli and find out what happened. Afterwards I will meet you up there. Dal'Lumen, once you find out what happened over in Bezair contact me and we will update one another. As for Ress's prison, he will be perfectly safe, but I will be sure to check on him, you are welcome to do so as well. If that's all, I think that we should depart
*Arachnia looked from one person to the other, the look in her black eyes allowing no room for back talk or refusal. It wasn't her thing to rule other Exalts, but that didn't mean that she couldn't take charge when necessary. She ruled her own people, yes, but in a considerably more subtle fashion. She waited a moment in case there were any questions, giving each person time to adjust to her being in charge, if anyone was Ress's proxy while he was out it was Arachnia, and her body language showed that she knew it*

* The large draconic form of Quar bowed to the Zenith who addressed him, keeping silent for the moment, remembering that it was unwise to interrupt the princes of the earth.
When Arachnia was finished speaking, Quar broke his silence and spoke up, leaping with his front legs and letting his back follow in sequence like a worm.*
" That sounds like a great idea! I have never flown before, but I know I can... All Dragons should be able to... whenever you are ready Lirimana, climb on!"
*Quar knelt down on three legs and laid his spikes down flat, his stingered tail wagging a bit as he posed there*
" I think I remember where it was I saw that flying manse!.... and I might remember more about the demon fight while I am up there."

Dal'Lumen was Unbothered by Arachnias Take-charge attitude, She was the Empress after all, though he was, for now, trying to remain an outside authority as much as possible in order to maintain his unbiased perspective of the case. Dal simply grinned and nodded in agreement.
"Ill let you know when I know more, Empress, fare well everyone."
with a final short bow Dal warbled out of existence again.

*the Twilight sighed and walked over to Quar, grinning at him*
This is going to be fun! See you guys later, may the Sun be with you and all that
*finishing her goodbyes, Lirimana climbed up onto Quar Zagot's back again. Seeing his venomous-looking tail wagging like a puppy's brought another grin to her face as she secured herself on his body o that if they went vertical she wouldn't fall off. That would be bad for sure... Especially since she didn't think that Arachnia would fix her up if she managed to damage herself*
Ready when you are, Quar!

*the spider watched as the other two got ready to leave and gave a bow to each of them before burning silver and melting into the shape of a raven. Beating her black wings, the bird took off and soared towards the grand manse in the distance. As soon as she reached the door it opened and she flew inside, soaring through the halls until she reached the control room. Only once she was there did Arachnia stop and land quietly on the floor, ruffling her feathers and letting them smooth out before shining silver and reshaping herself into that of her human form. Tossing an errant lock of hair to the side, she called out with confidence*
Tia-Ona-Zeriku, please connect me with Mayli at the manse in Ramoth. Tell her that the Empress wishes to speak with her.
*the sweetly-silver voice of Zeriku sounded as she was addressed and given orders*
Yes, Mistress. Connecting you with the Manse in Ramoth..

"Here we go!" * Quar wriggled a little, then began to rise up off the ground and into the sky... albeit slowly.. perhaps as quickly as a small child could run. He continued to climb, but then stopped and looked down at how far he had come* " It looks like I am a runner, not a flier.... how dissapointing... it will be four days by the time we get high enough..........!"
* Quar lurched slightly in place, then lowered to the ground and began running northward. It was obvious that the dragon was on a mission*

*Lirimana held on tight to the place around Quar Zagot that she had lodged herself, noting the extreme difference in speed from what she was expecting. This was rather disappointing, but it did give Lirimana an idea for a new transportation device. Sure she had heard of the flying machines and artifacts that used to be plentiful, but she had never been able to get her hands on any. Pretty disappointing, but with some help from the various ancient souls around the Twilight was sure that she could write up something of plausible plans pretty quickly. Maybe glittering golden wings.. but of a bird? Butterfly? Maybe even Draconian? That would be sexy... A little smile curled on her lip as they descended and barreled off to the plateau. Ress would be gorgeous with either dragon or feathered wings.. and Quar would definitely fit the dragon stereotype... Some very feminine butterfly wings would be stunning on Sai-Ren-Kurn...
