* Many miles from Imperveress, within the Dragon-blooded nation of Lookshy, the noble Dragon-blooded Gens Amilar Korafen looked about her reports, surprised that The Mask of Winters would be so bold as to reach out into the scavenger lands and begin manipulating towns. She pondered.. why would the Mask of Winters seek to empower rising cities? This made little sense to her... but no matter what, she had to do something about this. She called for all of her contacts, looking through the whole of Lookshy for spies and in doing this... checking for inefficiencies in its ranks, this making the military that much cleaner... bringing the townsfolk a greater sense of safety. Pleased with herself, Korafen took a defensive look at the situation in the scavenger lands, waiting for Thorns to make its next move*
