Arachnia is my favorite Lunar for a number of reasons. She is an obvious play at the stereotype of " Woman behind the man", but in the unique position where 'the man with power' wants to rule side by side with her, despite her solar bond enforced infatuation.
I am also impressed to see a Lunar with a high solar bond being treated as an equal, rather than a servant ( I have played too many games where solar bond was just an excuse to have an ongoing bondage dominance scenario)
Aside from her situation, The character of Arachnia is one I can respect. She is a manipulative woman who uses her assets to her advantage, but is not out to gouge anyone, just get her way.
Seeing her in a more motherly role shines her in a new and interesting light that I would be very interested to see more of.
Above all I see Arachnia as not only the moon behind the sun, but a leader, a mother, a teacher and potentially a soldier should the time come.
PLEASE MORE ARACHNIA!!!!
