Ascending Fire 11,
*After Varsika had gotten home and settled her mount in she gathered up more things for her next trip to the Kideshen Manse. She didn't know what kind of equipment the place had, if any, so she had a pack on her back with all of the necessary components and a few extra tools, just in case.
On her way out she left a note telling her housemates where she was going and why. With everything taken care of she walked over to where the Solar called Lirimana was staying and knocked the door*

Ascending Fire 11,
*Lirimana walked up to her home to see a woman standing at her door looking like she wanted in. A smile lit up her face for a moment as she studied her, wondering if she'd be noticed or if she should just go talk to her. Given the undulating colors in her hair she obviously wasn't a pure human, and the sheer delicacy that seemed to emanate around the woman gave Lirimana pause. Well, ce la vie.
Walking up behind the girl she moved to the side and opened the doors, now getting a look at her face and noting the dual eye colors. Yep, definitely not human. Despite that, she smiled at her and proffered her open hallway to the visitor. Ress had mentioned that someone should be dropping by to use her factory cathedral...*
Hello, please, come inside. Are you here for business or pleasure?

Ascending Fire 11,
*Varsika looked over at the Solar as she approached and smiled back, noting that she was being studied behind those smiling brown eyes. They didn't seem distrusting, though, mostly in a curious almost clinical way. The reaction was almost refreshing, and she took a step inside the Manse. Immediately she could feel the difference from outside, though it wasn't wholly unpleasant*
Thank you, my name is Varsika and Emperor Ress told me that I had permission to use this Manse in order to pursue a rather large project of mine. So, perhaps a bit of both. You must be Lirimana
*she brushed back a strand of her dark hair, keeping it out of her face for a little while. She planned to tie it up while she worked, but for now she wanted it down. Despite her earlier attire this time she had donned more practical clothing, her pants loose but not baggy and a body-molded top with long sleeves that were currently folded up to her elbows. The pants were tucked into boots that stopped at her calves and she had no jewelry on her hands*
I don't mean to be rude, but would you mind showing me the factory? I've already eaten and I'm excited to get started. And don't worry, I brought a cot to sleep on in the laboratory so I won't be taking up any extra room

Ascending Fire 11,
*she chuckled at the girl's honesty, finding that despite the little oddities of Varsika, she was very pretty and those quirks seemed to add to that. She did her best to keep from blushing and making a fool of herself in front of her visitor, though her cheeks were still uncomfortably warm*
Yes, that's me.. No, you're not being rude at all. I can understand where you're coming from.. So, yes... this is the way to where you can work..
*after the door closed she took Varsika down a long hall and stopped her at a set of huge doors ornate in design with depictions of Exalts and some of their many creations*
Don't feel you need to stay in the lab, there's an empty room just a bit down the hall you are welcome to. It's all set up and ready if you want it. If you need food, the kitchen is down the way we came and to the right. Help yourself and don't be startled if one of us drops by to see how your project is coming along. Ress told me a little about it and it intrigues me. Also, there are a few others living here but I'll be sure to let them know that you're here and to try not to disturb you more than necessary
*pushing the doors open, Lirimana stood to the side to reveal a huge room with all sorts of tables, vials, fixtures and other equipment that had made her drool the first time she had seen it. Gesturing towards a hefty corner where the Genesis stations were she gave a nod of her head*
Have fun and don't break anything

Ascending Fire 11,
*she listened to what the Solar had to say, stamping down on her impatience as the woman rambled on about niceties and all of that. She smiled at Lirimana again and nodded when she had finally finished talking, her jaw nearly dropping at the sight of such a place. It was beautiful and she was in awe that she could use it and have it to herself for awhile. When she was done with this project, however, the process would be much easier since she would have a suitable assistant to help her out*
Thank you, I will keep all that you have said in mind
*straight away she went over to the area designed just for the craft she was going to use, quickly and efficiently setting up her cot out of the way and unloading the necessary ingredients into the right part of her area. After she was done she looked through the cupboards and other holding areas to see what sort of ingredients were already here and checking them to see if they were better or more suitable for her designs than what she had. It had taken her a long time to get what she needed but better was still better.
There were a few interesting things, and a couple she hadn't seen before, but they were simply that: interesting. There had been a package at her home when she had arrived, the Emperor's messenger much faster than her horse had been. There had been instructions only to open it when she was at her final destination and so now that she was settled she took the package and finished opening it.
Inside was a glowing blob in what looked to be a special case. After a few minutes of staring and mental library searching she realized what this was and she giggled out loud with the overflow of excitement she felt at seeing it. This was much better than what she was going to use! What an improvement she could make with the motes of Essence he had given her. If he wasn't married she would kiss him, but instead she would find another more suitable way to express her gratitude. These sorts of things were so difficult to find like this.. It looked special, too.. Maybe it was from an ancient and long-dead Exalt? She would have to ask him about it next time she spoke to him.
Taking a few deep breaths Varsika steadied and calmed herself, preparing the area for her needs. This was a dream come true and she wanted to make the most of it*

Ascending fire, 11
* Just then, the golden image of Ress appeared before them, smirking slightly as if making a great deal or catching someone with the hand in the cookie jar. He gave a small bow, then spoke.*
" Well hello again, Varsika. It seems I have been a little... hasty. I think a better place for your work would be our research and development manse. it has been parked just outside where you are now. In addition, I am also granting you two lab assistants... Sentinel and Zeriku. Now then.. I do believe that will be more than you need fo any project. Let me know when your impressive design has been realized and you are ready to show me... good evening, Varskia."
* And just as quick, the image of the Emperor had disappeared... leaving nothing but unanswered questions behind him*

Ascending Fire 11,
*Varsika jumped a little when Ress appeared, her hand leaping to cover her mouth in her surprise. She had intended to greet him but as soon as he was done speaking he had disappeared. Taking the Emperor's expression into account she figured he was either sharing some sort of joke or perhaps he simply enjoyed being mysterious. Either way he had just presented her with an opportunity that she most definitely going to take advantage of.
Quickly she packed her things back up, her cot and ingredients all back on her person and she was out the door fifteen minutes later. She gave Lirimana a fleeting wave and stopped just for a moment for a short bow and then she was gone.
When she got outside she realized that Ress hadn't been messing with her, the Manse was really there. Giggling a little from sheer excitement she went inside and was confronted with the two glowing people who showed her where to get to work. They introduced themselves as they walked to the the workspace and much to Varsika's delight began working immediately*
