A banner was draped over the front stating that he was holding sign-ups for anyone interested in a career in the military. He wore a white coat with yellow trimming and subdued red pants and black boots. His hair was displayed with its reds and yellows so that he could show any who questioned the first signs of a Dragon-Blooded. He made his face welcoming but refrained from looking too eager, having actually been in a Guard himself he knew what would make people disbelieve that he was truly trying to make an army. The banner even said "Join And Serve In The Army Of Imperveress" so people knew it wasn't just for Kideshen. Now all he had to do was wait for the first day of recruiting*
