* A crowd clamoured around a trio of salsmen's table, clapping and chearing as these three men produced grandious and marvelous artifacts which pere perfectly preserved from the first age. one of which was a sword made of solid orichalcum, far to heavy for any avarage man to weild. in addition. silver coins showered the three as the purchasers bought the empire's past for a bargian price*

*Lirimana went through the city that surrounded her Manse as evening fell. Now that the trial was finally over and with no repercussions seemingly on the cusp she could finally attend to the clothing problem she had been having. Soft leathers were well and good for traveling, but in Imperveress the standard of dress was a little different, especially given the city was was inhabiting. She wanted to drop by the market and find a new outfit. She wasn't the best crafter and the trade she had been paid to do before was now free of charge it would seem so it wouldn't help to see what sort of things the city was asking for. Even she needed money after all, and eventually her savings would run out. Ress was nice enough to give her some currency, but it was only supposed to go to making his empire a better place to live. Thankfully that money could go towards research materials, too. That made some things easier to be sure.. As she entered the market the Twilight noticed the large group around a particular table. Her curiosity piqued, she headed over to see what wares were causing such a commotion*

* The vendor was sieged by ecstatic people, clamoring to purchase the seemingly limited supply with what looked to be first age trinkets... some of which were very useful. Three salesmen were demonstrating how to make these treasures work, but between the thousand comforts lounges and the clothing made of unbreakable material, there were few people who would say no*

*she smiled some as she watched the people eat the pitches up, her gaze starting to rove over the other objects they had laid out and around their stand. Her gaze went back to the salesmen for a little bit as she watched them specifically before she spoke. Part of her hoped that they wouldn't immediately recognize who she was, but she wasn't too sure that was going to happen* Where'd you manage to find such cool stuff?

* A laugh came from one of the vendors as he heard the question that Lirimana asked* " I'm sorry, we do not tell where are sources come from, but you are free to purchase anything you like from us for bottom dollar prices!" * A gasp shot out as Lirimana was recognized and the crowd started to part, allowing her clear entry to the front of the line and right into the faces of the salesmen... who also stopped dead in their tracks, surprised one of the Exalted leaders was coming to see them*

*it took a bit of effort, but she managed not to grimace as she was recognized. She blushed a little and waved for the people to continue their shopping* Uh.. you guys can keep browsing and buying, don't let me stop you *she managed to get her smile back despite being embarrassed. She was used to being respected for her healing ability, but normally that was more of a quiet affair. The more outward reaction did kinda make her feel good, but she also found herself a little conscientious* It's cool if you don't want to lose business because of it. Of course I have no intention of stealing from you, I guess I just got caught up in your momentum. Wherever you got all of this you can sure tantalize a buyer! *she chuckled a little in good humor*

" Um.. yes... yes! " *The vendors looked like brothers, and upon closer inspection, they were indeed. The eldest one seemed to be the talker, where as the rest mostly did as he said* " So.. is there anything we can interest you in? anything you would like to buy? * Some of the braver buyers went right back to browsing, rummaging through the things on racks and shelves in this open air stand*

*Lirimana paid the others no mind, she had said that they could keep shopping after all* Well, as long as this isn't illegals stolen from the empire * she winked at the brothers as she tried not to glance at the middle brother who was actually pretty cute* I was just looking for a new outfit.. *she gestured to her current getup* These are well and good but I need something else, you know?

"Oh yes! we know exactly what you need!" * the middle brother grabbed a box from under their table and put it on the counter. Slowly he opened it up, revealing what was inside. An amulet made of orichalcum with bits of adamant and engravings in old realm* " I have read stories of this thing, it is said that Solars would make garments of pure sunlight out of them with little more than a whim. I will sell it to you for 13 Talents of Silver ( Resources 4 )"

*Lirimana nodded sagely and looked over the item a little more* How about I give you 40 Talents of Silver for the item and you tell me where you found your wares? *she looked at each of the brothers, hoping Ress would forgive her for using a bit of his money to find their stash. Hopefully it was useful enough information that he would understand...*

* this caused the three to stop and the crowd gasped once more.. this was quite an offer... it would take them a long time to accumulate this kind of silver.. even with all of these wonderful trinkets, only those wielding essence could use most of them, and those were few and far between... after a few moments of deliberating, they turned back to Lirimana* " We agree, the amulet, the map to where we got all this, and in return, the 40 talents of silver. its a deal!"

*her smile broadened a little more and she nodded to the onlookers and to the brothers* It's a deal, then. Would you like to designate a place we can make the exchange? The hospital I'm building is nearby if that suits you. 40 Talents of Silver is a lot so I don't carry it around, that and it's heavy. Any problems?

* They all shook their heads, grinning ear to ear as they finished this great transaction* " That sounds just fine to us. you wont regret it! I'll tell you that it is the greatest find in all Imperveress"

I'm sure I won't *Lirimana couldn't help but grin, too. They were all pretty nice and she couldn't help but look each one of them over before biting her lip a little and sauntered back to the Manse so she could get the money*
