*it was at a break in her interviews for the day that Lirimana found time to call on Dal'Lumen. Swallowing the last of her lunch she made sure that she didn't have anything on her face and set up the call to the Zenith, hoping he was around and that she wasn't disturbing any of his work.
The figure of Lirimana appeared in Dal'Lumen's Manse, in front of him as long as he was home somewhere. She looked about to make sure she wasn't just wandering around by herself, after all, talking to herself in another person's Manse was a bit strange, even for her*

*An eerie echo of singing and whistling refracted from the seemingly empty pearl and jade halls and faded away slowly leaving a strange stillness in the air. A moment later and the deep echoing voice filled the halls again, this time one could just make out the words as a sort of sailors song in Sea Tongue, accompanied by the sound of slight splashes of water.
The strange singing and water sounds seemed to be coming from a door off the hall just ahead of Lirimana with large clouds of steam billowing out of it in such density and volume that it seemed one could scoop it up in a bucket, a light illuminated the opening as well as the plume of vaporous water.*
"Oooh... <sea tongue> I'm Just a soul, go'in whereva' the wind blow... Mmm hmm - - -" *And on the song went.*
*The Sea tongue Lyrics themselves were difficult to decipher though the natural accent Dal'Lumen spoke it in as well as seeming to drift off into wordless humming and drumming upon pearl. Despite being incomplete and obviously not intended as a true performance others were supposed to hear, the melody, and Dal's voice were remarkable, and as warm as if carried upon the air by sunlight in the right that only comes natural to a Zenith.*

*it took a moment to register what was going on since she had appeared in a cloud of steam. The singing made her look straight ahead and the Twilight blinked in shock.
Her face darkened with blush as she found herself looking right at a very musical and very naked Dal'Lumen, the steam barely covering his package. The urge to brush it by rose up to tempt her but she refrained, mostly because he was a coworker and not for any reason of modesty.
Her shining golden form took a step back when she had regained control of herself and she forced herself to turn away, but not before sneaking a peek at him*

"Oooh... huh?"
*The singing Admiral quickly went quiet and looked around to see where the mysterious squeak had come from he spun around and saw the golden light figure of the voyeuristic Lirimana standing there with him in his shower.
The expression that hit his face was initially stoic, and over several, long, awkward seconds he stared at her, large clumps of soapy foam clinging to the top of his head and his face, giving him the look of a sort of bronze skinned Santa with a champion athletes physique, and just barely managing to cover his exposed nethers was another large clump of foam seeming to cling there defiantly.*
?...
*Dals eyes widened and he tried his best to cover himself with his hands.*
"LIRIMANA?!"

Um... Hi?
*she turned back to look at him when she said her name, yelled it more like, and waved a little at him. Desperately she was trying not to notice the foam and what it was clinging to and the size of said area. She forced her gaze to Dal's face and despite her skin color and that she was currently a hologram it was easy to tell she was blushing and flustered.
She was trying to find the words and why she had come here in the first place and not let her imagination run wild with fantasies involving the man in front of her. Even with the funny soap on his face she found him cute, like one of those hot firemen that dress as Santa with no shirt under their suspenders for steamy calender pictures*
Should I come, I mean return, at a later time?

"Uhm..."
*Dal turned to the side slightly, trying his best to act natural. The bubble beard on his face wobbled and half of it fell with a splat to the floor with the sharp turn he had made. He then walked sideways until finding himself behind a small pedestal right at the proper height to do the concealing work for him. He leaned his hands on it and did his best to act casually.*
"Huh.... uh, you uhm... surprised me... Some..."
*He fidgeted awkwardly behind his little pedestal.*
"Ahhem... Something I can do for you Lirimana?"
*Dal blushed, realizing what he had just said could be easily misinterpreted.*
"I mean... Why... wha... What's up? Heh..." *He laughed sheepishly, realizing this wasn't much better.*

*Lirimana tried looking at the ceiling and then just looked back at Dal for a moment. This was definitely awkward...*
Oh yeah, I wanted to talk to you about schools and hospitals in Bezair...
*she stopped for a moment, realizing all of the innuendos that were involved in that statement paired with the situation they were in*
I have many applicants and..
*she stole a peek at Dal, trying not to stare*
soon they'll all have basic or better training and I can't staff them all in my facilities... So, yeah...

*A child's worst fear shot though Dal, was she suggesting he need to go to the doctor, and then go through school!? He calmed himself and thought about this for a second, trying to understand what she was saying while he squirmed awkwardly behind his little shield.*
"So what are you planning on doing with the extra staff?"
*With a squeak from under Dals foot as it turned, Dal quickly moved again, lunging behind a large collection of artfully shaped soap bottles and oils on a tiny staircase like platform beside the shower.*
"Uh... I know a teacher that might like a job..."

Um, sure, I can add them to my interviews. I actually meant that I wanted to know.. um, that you were interested in building schools and hospitals in Bezair.. Then I could send some of my trainees to other cities...
*she looked up when he tried to dash behind another object, doing her best not to gawk*
Are you sure you don't want to finish and clothe? Bathing, I mean.. um, I can wait outside or follow you to your room. No, maybe outside the door.. Err.. Or we could just finish in here...
*she blushed more and fidgeted a little*

*It took a moment for his own words to catch up to him but Dal soon realized and his eyes looked like they might jump out of his head for a brief second.*
"The school! *He elaborated*
Where I wanted the school to go..."
*Dal grinned innocently.*
"And we can talk about where to put the other thing... Hospital!"
*Dals face went through a number of odd little twists and attempted expressions that never quite fully manifested.*

Yes, sure.. um...
*Lirimana's hologram walked towards the door, and when she took a moment to look back at DalLumen she looked back to find she was going to run into the wall. She braced herself for the impact and when it didn't happen she opened her eyes to see that she had walked through the wall. She grimaced a little, hoping Dal didn't see her doing something so potentially clumsy.
Deciding to get out of the way in case he left the bath hall without his regular clothes she walked a little farther down the hall and turned her back to the door. It took a few minutes but she managed to cool off and calm her heart. Now all she needed to do was wait*

*Dal shook his head and grumbled something about unexpected holograms in the shower. He thought, why would they not have some sort of warning when someone wanted to talk, and why would it project directly in the bathroom in the first place.
He quickly rinsed the soap off tossed one of his countless pairs of red silk pants on and jumped into a fluffy bath robe of the same purple color as the manse and walked around the corner to finish his conversation with Lirimana, looking uncannily like a pimp that had lost his hat.*
"Hey... "
*He said awkwardly*
"I'll show you to the control room, I have one of the spots marked on a map, I imagine a nice centralized location for both would be for the best, you agree?"
*He held out a hand pointing away in the direction of the control room and tilted his head offering for her to follow him.*

Yes, okay
*Lirimana looked thoughtful for a moment before following Dal'Lumen towards his control room*
Central is fine, and it makes it easier for people to get there, but I'd say it's only good for now. After all, give the city some time and it will grow and expand in ways that don't necessarily keep the hospital and school central. But that's why you can always make more in order to provide better coverage for the city as a whole. While Bezair is growing, I don't anticipate that the extra hospitals or schools will be necessary just yet, but there's not reason why not to be in anticipation of the situation
*she looked around a bit as she walked, wishing he'd just get rid of the bathrobe, it reminded her of their... mishap.. and she would rather lose that temptation to stare*
So, you said something about another potential teacher? Tell me about them

*Dal strolled beside Lirimana, and they reached the control room quickly, before she had even finished speaking. He turned and smiled.*
"Ah yes, her name is Calm Foam, she was involved in a case I was investigating, she said she was qualified for elementary school level education. I'll have her talk to you herself perhaps, you know the sort of questions you would like to ask her."
*Dal walked up to the control panel and pushed around a few crystals and an image of a topographical Bezair popped up. Dal leaned close to the map and with his index finger he pointed out the spot he had scouted out two days earlier. As his finger touched the map a small shaft of light appeared in it's place.*
"Here, I found a nice area here, it's about a mile from the river and easily accessible from a primary street. It's in range of the projection system, if you like you can check it out yourself whenever you like... As for the Hospital..."
*Dal circled a few open lot's on the map, again the circles he made were highlighted.*
"Here is a location closer to the school's lot and the temple I'm building, if you can think of any reason why we shouldn't we could put it there and create a sort of city focal point, a City Center."

An investigation? Is everything alright? Yes, if it's easier for her I can project myself here and speak with her whenever she'd like
*the Twilight looked over the map and its various options, a hand going to her hip while she mused. After a moment she looked back ad the Zenith beside her and nodded*
I think the places you picked out will be just fine. A town center is a fine idea that I'm sure will work well in Bezair for now. Would you like the schematics I used for the hospital and school in Kideshen or would you like to assemble a team and draw up your own plans?
